PHÁT TRIỂN ĐỘI NGŨ GIẢNG VIÊN Ở CÁC TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC: MỘT NGHIÊN CỨU TỔNG QUAN

Tóm tắt


Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích tổng quan các nghiên cứu về phát triển đội ngũ giảng viên ở các trường đại học trên cơ sở dữ liệu SCOPUS. Chúng tôi sử dụng mô hình PRISMA để thu thập dữ liệu và dùng phần mềm VOSviewer để phân tích trắc lượng thư mục các nhân tố: số lượng xuất bản, tạp chí, tác giả, quốc gia, từ khoá trong các nghiên cứu về phát triển đội ngũ giảng viên ở các trường đại học. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, năm 2019-2021 là giai đoạn có số lượng xuất bản tăng lên vượt bậc; các quốc gia xuất bản nhiều về phát triển đội ngũ giảng viên là Trung Quốc, Vương quốc Anh, Indonesia; tạp chí xuất bản nhiều nhất về vấn đề này là Sustainability; tác giả xuất bản nhiều nhất về chủ đề này là Turner Rebecca và cộng sự; nhóm từ khoá xuất hiện nhiều nhất là giáo dục đại học, phát triển nghề nghiệp, phát triển học thuật, người dạy, phát triển giảng viên. Nghiên cứu này là cơ sở cho các nhà nghiên cứu, nhà quản lí và giảng viên để xác định được vấn đề nghiên cứu phù hợp xu hướng thời đại và áp dụng trong nghiên cứu phát triển đội ngũ giảng viên.
