Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này đặt ra câu hỏi về ảnh hưởng của Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018 đến hoạt động nghề nghiệp của đội ngũ giáo viên tại các cơ sở giáo dục. Bài báo phân tích những thay đổi về nội dung giảng dạy, phương pháp sư phạm, công tác bồi dưỡng giáo viên và mức độ áp lực trong quá trình thích ứng với chương trình mới, từ đó đề xuất các chính sách hỗ trợ thiết thực nhằm nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn và cải thiện hiệu quả giảng dạy. Nghiên cứu sử dụng kết hợp các phương pháp định tính, nghiên cứu các tài liệu học thuật và phỏng vấn sâu các cán bộ quản lý, giáo viên tại một số cơ sở giáo dục và chuyên gia có kinh nghiệm về triển khai chương trình giáo dục phổ thông. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy đội ngũ giáo viên phổ thông đều gặp khó khăn trong việc tổ chức dạy học; cảm nhận áp lực khi điều chỉnh nội dung bài giảng để đáp ứng yêu cầu tích hợp kiến thức cũng như phát sinh nhiều hoạt động, kiêm nhiệm trong điều kiện thiếu đội ngũ. Do đó, việc thực hiện các chính sách hỗ trợ trong công tác bồi dưỡng, cải tiến cơ sở vật chất và giảm tải công việc hành chính là yếu tố then chốt giúp giáo viên thích ứng nhanh chóng và phát triển bền vững trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục.
