Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm hiểu về nhu cầu du lịch cộng đồng của giới trẻ Đà Nẵng đối với các điểm đến tại địa phương và vùng lân cận. Kết quả khảo sát 617 người từ 18 tuổi đến 30 tuổi cho thấy mặc dù dịch bệnh COVID-19 đang tác động lên mọi mặt của cuộc sống, giới trẻ Đà Nẵng vẫn có ý định tham gia du lịch cộng đồng trong thời gian tới với mục đích chính là trải nghiệm văn hóa, lối sống của người dân bản địa. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng đưa ra một số đặc điểm tiêu dùng của giới trẻ khi tham gia du lịch cộng đồng như hình thức tổ chức chuyến đi, thời gian đi, mức chi tiêu và các yêu cầu về dịch vụ lưu trú, dịch vụ ăn uống, các hoạt động, sản phẩm du lịch. Qua đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số giải pháp liên quan đến sản phẩm dịch vụ tại một số điểm đến du lịch cộng đồng tại Đà Nẵng và vùng lân cận nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của giới trẻ.
