INFLUENCING FACTORS ON DEVELOPING HUMAN RESOURCES OF HIGH-TECH APPLIED AGRICULTURE IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Development of high-tech applied agriculture is becoming an indispensable requirement in agricultural production with the industrial revolution. The study carried out the survey to evaluate influencing factors on developing human resources of hi-tech applied agriculture in Thai Nguyen province. The survey was conducted on the basis of a scale measure appropriately after consulting experts and preliminary research, surveying 260 subjects who are managers and workers at high tech applied agricultural production entities in Thai Nguyen province, analyzing descriptive statistical data based on using statistical software SPSS 22. The results of the study are an important basis for assessing ìnluence level of the factors on human resources and to be a basis of making recommendations suitable to the actual situation of the province.
