The paper investigates the relationship between organizational performance and human resource management in Ha Noi Construction Corporation (Hancorp). The main objective of the research is to propose implications to improve the efficiency of human resource management and contribute to the improvement of the company’s performance by employed both qualitative and quantitative methods. The paper conducted both exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis to quantify the relationships between human resource management and company outcomes. The results indicated that the shortage of capacity and qualifications in human resources in construction work, and lack of high quality human resources in the organization and implementation of projects were the main challenges in the company. The study also confirmed that low labor productivity, the number of quitting workers, reduced loyalty, low growth rate of revenue and profit of the company were the issues of the company. The main cause of the problem is that human resources management activities were still limited. Therefore, in order to improve the organizational performance of Hancorp in the coming years, the company should focus more on improving the quality of human resources management.
