Abstract


 

Implementing “Teacher development policy” is the concretization of the guidelines and policies of the Party, State, and educational administrators on education, training, and teachers. Reinforcing the faculty’s perceptions of the teacher development policy is beneficial to both themselves and universities. This is also a concrete step towards grassroots democracy in the university. The article mentions the implementation of some activities related to the teacher development policy at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University such as recruiting lecturers, managing and utilizing teachers, faculty retraining, assessment, emulation, commendation, disciplinary and treatment. The article has, thereby, proposed some solutions related to the preparation of policy implementation, policy implementation, control and evaluation of teacher development policy at school members of Thai Nguyen University.
