Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của bệnh Schonlein-Henoch ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang trên 92 trẻ Schonlein-Henoch điều trị nội, ngoại trú tại khoa Miễn dịch - Dị ứng - Khớp, Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 5/2022 đến tháng 5/2023. Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ nam/nữ là 1,8:1. Tuổi trung bình là 7,24 ± 2,55. Bệnh thường gặp nhất vào mùa đông (35,9%) và mùa xuân (31,5%). Biểu hiện lâm sàng gặp với tỷ lệ: ban xuất huyết (100%), triệu chứng tiêu hoá (94,6%), sưng đau khớp (68,5%), triệu chứng thận (2,2%), triệu chứng sinh dục ở trẻ nam (6,5%), sưng nề phần mềm (46,7%). Số lượng bạch cầu máu ngoại vi > 10G/l chiếm 72,8%; 53,3% bệnh nhân có CRP > 6 mg/l. Xét nghiệm nước tiểu cho thấy tỷ lệ tổn thương thận là 9,8%. Các triệu chứng lâm sàng bệnh Schonlein - Henoch ở trẻ em đa dạng, thường kết hợp giữa tổn thương ở da với tổn thương tiêu hóa, khớp hoặc thận. Xét nghiệm cho thấy tình trạng viêm kết hợp nhiễm trùng chiếm tỷ lệ tương đối cao.
